Add Users in Active Directory
To add users in Active Directory Firstly you have to Install AD DS and Configure DC.
If you are confused how to install AD DS and Configure DC...Don't worry I have a solution
First Install AD DS by clicking on this LINK and
Configure DC by clicking on this LINK .
After Installing AD DS and Configuring DC now follow following steps to add new users in Active Directory.
- Run (server manager) and click on (tools) and then click on (Active Directory Users and Computers).
- After the first step, you will see something like this.
- Expand your domain by clicking on the side arrow(In my case tutorial.com is my domain).
- Right click on users and select (New) and then (Users).
- After the above step, you will get New Object- User screen like this.
- Enter first name, last name, and user logon name of your choice and press next.
- This will appear.
- Enter the password and confirm the password of your desire and press next.
- Check Content you set and click (finish) button.
- A new user is added.
In this way a new user is added.
